How OSH is relevant in school?  OSH is relevant in school because hazard, risks, danger and also common illness can be found in school community and we have to ensure the safety, health and welfare of teachers, students and visitors in school is secured. 2. Who is likely to be responsible with OSH in school? Teachers, administrative staff, students and parents should be responsible to the OSH management is school so that it can be practiced efficiently.  3. How OSH can be practiced in school? For early stage, OSH can be practiced by forming an OSH committee in school which consists of teachers, administrative staff, students and parents as the safety personnel. Then the committee members are responsible to set the objective of OSH practice in school and how it is likely to be conducted. OSH is a guideline for employers and employees to have a safe working environment and to stay protected in a working place.  In Malaysia, we have our own Department of Occupational Safety and Health where this body provides the official guidelines and Acts for safety, welfare and protections to people.   OSH is very important to every working people but we always take lightly about this.  xoxo
